He is a Graduate from the American Association of Christian Councelors where he has Certification Diplomas in Life Coaching & Executive Leadership. He is an attendee of ATD Certified Professional in Learning and Performance. Rick is an active member of the National Speakers Association, Turn Around Management Association, Military Divisional Initiative, and many trade and business associations. He & his wife Teresa enjoy boating and spending time with their children and family.
